Bella Bradford reflected on the fragility of life in her final message.
The TikToker, who previously opened up about being diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in her jaw muscle, announced her own passing in a heartbreaking video posted to her channel Oct. 31.
According to the note shared alongside the post, she died on Oct. 15 while surrounded by loved ones. She was 24.
“I have terminal cancer and unfortunately, by now, my life has come to an end, and I’ve passed away,” Bradford shared in her video. “But I wanted to do one final Get Ready With Me because I love doing these, and I love fashion. Thank you for following me on this fun journey, and yeah, I hope you will back on all my videos and find a little bit of joy in your day if you ever needed to feel."
She also went on to share a heart-rending message to her followers about treasuring every moment.
"Remember that you live every day and only die once," Bradford added, "so everything helps."
In her TikTok, Bradford went on to showcase her outfit for the day, which included a strapless dress, ballet flats and cardigan, explaining that her aunt and uncle—who she was staying with in Sydney—helped put her video together.
“Thank you guys so much for this wild and wonderful ride," she concluded. "I hope you all have beautiful and amazing lives, and I wish all the best for every single one of you. Lots of love.”
In the caption of her touching video, Bella's loved ones shared a message she also wrote prior to her passing.
“Filming these videos truly brought me a sense of purpose in my final few months and also connected me with a very kind community of people,” her message read. “I wish you all a beautiful life and please (remember) to live each day with as much significance as the next. What a privilege it is to grow old.”
Bradford ended her note with gratitude for her social media followers, writing, “Thank you for allowing me to be myself on this platform, I really felt excited each day to jump on here and connect over our shared love of life and fashion. Love always, Bella.”
Earlier this year, Bradford shared that she was diagnosed with cancer in 2021 after initially thinking there was an issue stemming from her wisdom teeth. During the course of her treatments, she went on to share videos centered around what she loved most including fashion, skin care and day-to-day videos about her life.
In response to Bradford's passing, many social media users expressed their condolences, noting the impact her journey had on their lives moving forward.
“My heart goes out to anyone who cared about her and loved her,” one TikToker commented. “You can tell what a radiant light she was. Tomorrow I will get up before sunrise and will go watch a beautiful sunrise for her in her memory.”
